Reschedule & Return Policy
Tickets are nonrefundable! You can reschedule your escape room reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled start time.
Can I add more players to my game after I purchased tickets?
Yes. There is no need to contact us, extra players can come as long as there aren't more than a maximum number of players in room capacity. The difference can be paid by cash or credit card when you come to play.
Anything else I should know?
We reserve the right to refuse admittance to people appearing visibly intoxicated by alcohol or drugs. In this scenario, you will receive no refund or rescheduling.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation!
We will need to go over some details before you start your adventure! Participants arriving after the start time will not be admitted.
