FAQ
Arrive 15 minutes before your reservation!
Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation, because we will need to go over some details before you start your adventure! Participants arriving after the start time will not be admitted.
Reschedule & Return policy
Tickets are nonrefundable. You can reschedule your escape room reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled start time.
Age Restrictions
Only ages 6+ admitted. If ANYONE in your group is between the ages of 6 and 16 years old, an adult (18+) MUST BOOK ALONG WITH THE MINOR and must accompany the minor INSIDE the game. If ALL participants are between the ages of 16 and 17, at least one parent or guardian must sign the waiver form for them at our location.
Can +1 people come?
If you have already made the booking and more people want to come, there is no problem! There is no need to contact us, extra players can come as long as there aren't more than a maximum number of players in room capacity. The difference can be paid by cash or credit card when you come to play.
